  • 2 symmetrical full bodies (front + back, two outfits or clothed + unclothed), eyes and hand close ups, color palette and 2 extra objects (optional)

  • any extras (expressions, busts, etc.) will be subject to additional fees

✦Commissioning ✦

  • I have a right to refuse any commission due to any reason

  • you may not use any of my commissions or general art for nfts, cryptos, or ai generations of any kind, if you do you will be blacklisted from all my services.

  • Please send clear, up to date reference(s) of your character (i will not work with characters that are just descriptions), if any alterations are made to your character before i am done, please notify me as soon as possible

  • Please be specific!! dont be afraid to send other visual references or go into detail about your character or what you want for your commission, even small doodles really help me out ♡

  • Minor revisions are allowed free of charge as long as it’s not excessive (Changes to expressions, minor pose alterations, adding/fixing missed details, etc.)

  • I will do 2 major corrections for free, any additional major change will cost +$5 per change

  • Delivery time can vary from a week to 1-2 monthsdepending on the commission, current queue, and current circumstances

  • If you have need to have a set deadline, please discuss with me prior to payment

  • You may ask for updates at any point as long as it’s not excessive (eg. 1-2 days since last update)

✦Payment ✦

  • Initial payment must be made upfront before i begin working

  • You can ask to pay in full upfront OR 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch

  • Payments must be made in USD ($$$)

  • Payments must be sent via PayPal Invoice

  • Your commission will only be approved once the initial payment is sent, the deadline for the invoice can be extended if needed, default deadline is 24 hours.

✦ Refunds ✦

  • Full refunds are only allowed if i have not started or unable to complete your commission for any reason

  • Refund of down payment is not allowed after approval of the sketch

✦ Art usage ✦

  • You are allowed to use my art for personal use in any way you want

  • You are allowed to post my work to any of your social media/sites, with credit

  • Any commission meant for commercial use MUST be discussed with me before hand and are subject to a commercial use fee

  • You are not allowed to remove my watermark on any commission

  • You may not trace, edit, or modify your commission in any manner without my permission or discussion beforehand

  • You may not claim my work as your own/done by you

  • As the artist i hold rights to use your commission as example images, post to my social media, etc.

  • If you don't wish for your commission to be shown publicly please notify me beforehand
